Is the first 14 days really free?
Yes. There is no monthly service fee during the 14 live days. The one-time setup fee is $50 (normally $299), confirmed in writing and due before activation. Your trial starts after activation and testing, and paid service does not start automatically.
How does the setup fee work?
The standard setup fee is $299. During the launch offer, one-time setup is $50. It is confirmed in writing and due before activation. An inquiry alone does not reserve a place or start the trial. Paid monthly or prepaid service begins only if you choose to continue after the free trial.
How do six-month and annual renewals work?
Six months is $2,694.60 paid upfront, a 10% saving versus six monthly payments. Twelve months is $4,491 paid upfront, a 25% saving versus twelve monthly payments. The monthly equivalents shown are comparisons, not monthly installment offers.
Can I change my renewal choice?
Yes. You can choose a different term for your next renewal. The new term and total are agreed before payment. The trial does not automatically enroll you in any plan.
What if I want to stop?
You can decline paid service after the trial. During paid service, request cancellation before the next renewal to stop the following term. Prepaid service runs through the agreed term; early-ending refund or credit arrangements are set out in your written order before payment.
Are texts and other usage included?
An agreed message and call-handling allowance is included. Your written proposal confirms limits, support hours, and any additional costs before activation. Extra charges require your approval.
Will you guarantee additional jobs?
We don’t guarantee a job count or revenue. Replies, your availability, booking, and completed work all affect results. The trial lets you review the actual activity with us.
