Proposed messaging terms
Permission comes before a text.
These proposed SMS terms explain the requirements for a future Get the Lead Back service. This website does not send SMS. Viewing this page, trying the browser demo, or submitting the inquiry form does not enroll anyone in text messages.
The business behind each message
Each participating contractor must be clearly identified as the business sending messages to its customers. Get the Lead Back provides the agreed automation and setup; the contractor’s actual sender details, message purposes, phone configuration, and provider requirements must be settled before activation.
The relevant opt-in disclosure must identify the business and explain the messages a customer is agreeing to receive. Final operator contact details and actual provider settings will be completed before service activation.
Affirmative, documented consent
SMS requires affirmative, documented permission appropriate to the sender, message purpose, and chosen provider. We do not treat a missed voice call, an entry of a phone number, or carrier registration as a substitute for the required consent. Approval of a messaging campaign does not itself authorize texts to individual customers.
Where a customer initiates a text conversation, responses must stay within that request and applicable platform rules. Permission for one conversation must not be treated as permission for unrelated promotions or indefinite follow-ups. The contractor-specific opt-in wording, method, and evidence must be agreed before any live workflow starts.
Message purposes
An agreed service may support a customer inquiry, ask qualifying questions, help arrange an appointment, or provide a service update. A review request may be included only when the agreed consent covers it and a completed job has been confirmed.
Review requests must be neutral. They must not offer an incentive or selectively invite only happy customers to leave a public review. Promotional campaigns require their own appropriate permission; they are not included simply because someone asked for service.
Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies with the customer’s request, replies, and the agreed workflow. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient’s mobile plan. The opt-in disclosure must state these details and provide access to the applicable terms and privacy notice.
Carriers, mobile coverage, account status, and system configuration affect delivery. No exact delivery time or successful receipt is guaranteed. Repeated calls and follow-ups need appropriate controls to avoid unwanted duplicate messages.
STOP, HELP, and support
Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out of its SMS. The workflow must honor that request and may send a single confirmation where permitted. Apart from a permitted confirmation, messages must stop unless the recipient provides a valid new opt-in.
Reply HELP for assistance from the identified sender. Use /contact for Get the Lead Back setup or service questions. Asking for help does not enroll a person in a new marketing program.
Records and responsibility
The contractor must maintain accurate consent evidence and respect withdrawals. Relevant records may include the disclosure, recipient number, consent method, timestamp, and opt-out event. Provider access and record handling must be covered by the agreed setup and privacy information.
SMS consent is not sold or shared with other businesses for their marketing. Service providers may process information needed to deliver the agreed messages. The contractor remains responsible for handling customer replies, confirming appointments, and reporting completed jobs accurately.
Activation and service limits
Live messaging starts only after written order confirmation, the required approvals, completed setup, and testing. This service is not an emergency response or dispatch service. An automated reply does not confirm that a contractor is available or that an appointment has been booked.
