Privacy notice
What happens to your information.
This notice describes information handling for the Get the Lead Back website and its inquiry form. Nick is developing the service for the Cape Coral–Fort Myers area. The final operator contact details will be completed before service activation.
Information you submit
The inquiry form collects your name, company, email address, optional business phone number, trade, Core service interest, request type, and notes. Your notes may include a service area or billing preference if you choose to provide one. The form also records your acknowledgment or consent associated with the inquiry and the submission timestamp.
Please provide only information needed to discuss your business request. Do not include payment card details, identification documents, passwords, sensitive personal information, or lists of your customers. The website does not collect payments.
How we use your inquiry
We use the information to understand your request, assess service fit, respond by email, and keep a record of the resulting discussion. If you request a free trial, your inquiry can also inform the proposed setup and written confirmation. When a client is confirmed, we record that confirmation and the agreed setup fee to administer the launch offer.
Submitting the form allows an email response about your request. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional mailing list. Providing an optional phone number does not give permission for automated SMS, and the form is not a text-message opt-in.
The demo and technical information
The interactive browser demo simulates a possible conversation. It does not place a call, send a text, book a real appointment, or activate a live messaging service.
No advertising trackers or analytics tools are implemented on this website. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process routine technical information, such as network and request data, to serve the website, maintain reliability, and investigate abuse or errors.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored in a secure database. Hosting and database providers process information as needed to operate the website. Access is intended for the people who need it to handle inquiries and administer the service.
We do not sell inquiry submissions or share phone numbers or messaging consent with other businesses for their marketing. Information may be disclosed when needed to comply with applicable legal obligations or protect the website and its users.
Retention and your choices
Retention depends on why a record is needed, whether an inquiry or service relationship remains active, and applicable obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion schedule. You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through /contact.
Please use the same email address as your original inquiry where possible. We may need to verify the request before acting. Some information may need to be retained for an ongoing service, a dispute, or a legal obligation. You can also ask us to stop following up about your inquiry.
Security and future service data
No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep sensitive information out of the inquiry form and use /contact to discuss an appropriate way to share any information needed for setup.
Live contractor messaging would involve additional information, such as consent records, message content, delivery status, and service events. Those workflows are not active yet. Before activation, the contractor and Get the Lead Back must agree on the purposes, access, providers, and consent process.
Questions and notice updates
Use /contact for privacy questions or information requests. This notice will be updated to reflect the final operator details and any material change to the website’s actual data handling before service activation.
